Vehicle condition reports
in under 60 seconds

Scan a number plate. Walk around the vehicle. Submit a branded, timestamped digital report. No clipboards, no app downloads, no faffing about.

Built for UK hire companies, leasing firms, auction houses, and fleet operators

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Purpose-built for vehicle handovers. Not a generic inspection tool with a vehicle template bolted on.

Scan the plate, skip the paperwork

Point your phone at the number plate. We read it, pull the DVLA data, and fill in the vehicle details for you. No typing, no guesswork.

Walk around in 60 seconds

Tap damage points on an interactive diagram. Five views — top, sides, front, rear. Snap a photo, pick the severity, move on.

Reports that actually look professional

Branded PDF with every photo, every damage point numbered on the diagram, interior checklist, fuel level, signature, GPS stamp. Ready to email or download.

No app to install

Works straight from the browser on any phone. Add it to your home screen and it feels like a native app. No App Store, no Play Store, no waiting.

Your brand, not ours

Upload your logo, pick your colours. Reports go out under your name. Your customers see your brand, not ours.

Built for the UK

DVLA integration, UK number plate recognition, MOT and tax status checks. Designed by people who know fleet operations inside out.

vs CheckedSafe

CheckedSafe is a solid compliance tool — daily walkarounds, defect reporting, driver checks. But it charges per vehicle per week and requires a native app download. FleetMark is laser-focused on the handover moment, runs in the browser, and costs a flat monthly fee regardless of fleet size.

vs Record360

Record360 does video-based inspections and is strong in the US rental market. But it's not built for UK fleets — no DVLA integration, no UK plate recognition, and the pricing is designed for large US rental chains. FleetMark is built from the ground up for UK operations.

vs paper forms

Paper gets lost. Photos live on someone's phone. Handwriting is illegible. There's no timestamp, no GPS, no audit trail. One disputed damage claim will cost more than a year of FleetMark. It's not even close.

Simple, flat pricing

No per-vehicle charges. No surprises. Currently free during beta.

Questions & answers

What is FleetMark UK?

FleetMark is a web app for recording the condition of a vehicle at the point of handover. Whether it's a hire return, lease end, fleet delivery, or driver changeover — you get a clean, timestamped digital report with photos, damage markings, and a signature.

Do I need to download an app?

No. FleetMark runs in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience, but there's nothing to install from the App Store or Play Store.

How does the number plate scanning work?

Point your phone camera at the number plate. FleetMark reads the registration using on-device text recognition, then pulls the vehicle details from the DVLA — make, model, colour, MOT status, tax status. You confirm and carry on.

Is there a free trial?

Better than that. We're currently in open beta, so the entire platform is free to use. When we launch pricing, there will always be a free tier with 10 reports per month.

How long does a report take?

An experienced user with no damage to report can complete a full condition check in under 60 seconds. Scan the plate, confirm details, enter mileage, mark no damage, set fuel level, sign, submit. Done.

Can I put my own branding on the reports?

Yes. Upload your logo and pick your brand colours. Reports go out with your company name and branding, not ours.

What vehicles does it support?

Cars, small vans, large vans, and Luton box vans are supported now. HGV cab and trailer templates are coming soon. The system auto-selects the right diagram based on DVLA vehicle data.

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database with row-level security. Each organisation's data is completely isolated. Reports are immutable once submitted — they can't be edited after the fact, which creates a tamper-proof audit trail.

Can multiple people in my team use it?

Yes. You can invite team members as inspectors. Admins manage the organisation settings and see all reports. Inspectors create and view reports.

How is this different from CheckedSafe?

CheckedSafe is focused on daily compliance walkarounds — 'is this vehicle safe to drive today?' FleetMark is focused on condition at handover — 'what state is this vehicle in right now, as it changes hands?' Different use case, different report, different value. We also don't charge per vehicle, and we don't require an app download.
