The Free Forever Pledge

1. 1. The core is free forever.

   Daily walkaround checks, defect reporting with photos, rectification records, unlimited drivers and vehicles, locked audit-ready records, key-date reminders and full exports. Free for every fleet, of any size, for as long as FleetMark exists.

2. 2. No caps designed to force an upgrade.

   No vehicle limits. No driver limits. No check limits. No storage games. If it's in the core, it's genuinely unlimited.

3. 3. We never sell your data.

   Your checks, defects, photos and records belong to you. We don't sell them, rent them, or share them with advertisers or data brokers. Ever. We make money by building things worth paying for — not by making you the product.

4. 4. Paid extras will always be optional.

   The Driver Hub is £1 per vehicle per month, published on our pricing page — as any future price will be, before it exists anywhere else. Nothing in the free core ever migrates behind a paywall.

5. 5. Leaving is one tap.

   Export your complete history — every signed PDF, every photo, a full spreadsheet — whenever you like. No exit fees, no "contact us to cancel", no data hostage-taking. Easy to leave is why it's safe to join.

6. 6. Your records outlive us.

   Every check is locked into a signed, dated PDF from the moment it's submitted — a record you hold, not just a login you rent. If FleetMark ever wound down, we'd give a minimum of 90 days' notice and full exports for everyone. Your 15-month DVSA record window is never at our mercy.

Why would anyone do this?

Because walkaround software, once built, runs itself — and we think it's wrong to charge a monthly toll per vehicle for a legal safety duty. And because we're playing a longer game: we'd rather be the platform every UK fleet uses than a toll booth a few hundred pay. When we build genuinely new things on top, some of you will pay £1 a vehicle for them. That's the whole plan.
