How it works
The 60-second daily vehicle check.
Scan the QR code in the cab, walk around the vehicle and flag any defects, then sign and submit. Audit-ready in under a minute — and on the manager's dashboard before the engine starts. No app to install.
Step 01
Scan the QR code in the cab.
One weatherproof decal lives in each vehicle. The driver opens their phone camera, scans it, and the walkaround opens instantly.
No app to install, no user accounts or passwords to remember. Any phone camera opens the platform — drivers are anonymous, so there's nothing to log into.

Step 02
Walk around and flag any defects.
Tap through the guided walkaround, photograph and report anything wrong. The pre-built checklist follows the DVSA-aligned categories, and the whole thing takes about a minute.
It works offline. The moment the phone sees signal the record syncs — photos, timestamps, GPS and the driver's on-screen signature, all captured.

Step 03
Sign, submit — and it logs itself.
The driver signs on screen and hits Submit. The record is locked and timestamped on the dashboard before they even start the engine.
Once submitted it can't be edited or backdated. Any defect raises an instant alert and is tracked through to repair. Export any record as a branded PDF whenever you need it.

On the manager's side
Every check, on one dashboard.
While the driver is still in the yard, the record is already on your dashboard — locked, timestamped, and filed against the right vehicle and driver. You see at a glance which vehicles have been checked today and which haven't.
When a defect is flagged, it raises an instant alert and is tracked through to repair, so nothing falls through the cracks. Every submitted check is preserved for the full retention window and can be exported as a branded PDF — for an insurer, an auditor, or a customer — in seconds.
The outcome
The checks actually happen. The records actually hold up.
When a driver can finish a walkaround between clocking in and clipping the seatbelt, the walkaround gets done. When the record is locked the moment it's submitted, the audit trail holds. That's the whole reason FleetMark exists.
Prove your fleet's compliant — by tomorrow morning.
Set up in a day. Add your vehicles, print your QR codes, and watch the first checks come in.
