One plan today: the daily check at £2 a vehicle. As we add capability — reminders, repair management, driver profiles — you'll be able to opt into more. The daily check stays £2.
Why £2
Around half the price of the usual options.
Most fleet-compliance tools charge £4–£6 per vehicle, often with check fees on top. FleetMark is a flat £2, everything included.
On a 150-van fleet that's £3,600 a year versus £10,800 at the top of the typical range — a saving of around £7,200 a year.
Based on published competitor list prices, June 2026.
What's included
The whole job, one line on the invoice.
The vehicle is what you're protecting — it's what the DVSA (the UK's fleet regulator) audits and what defect disputes are about. So the vehicle is what you pay for, not how many drivers or admin staff touch it. Give every driver, yard manager and planner access without a per-seat bill.
You only pay for vehicles that are active. Archive one — because it's sold, written off, or off-hire — and it stops counting towards the bill next cycle. Its records stay intact for the full retention window.
£2 per vehicle, per month — all-in. That includes daily checks, defect reporting, unlimited drivers and key-date reminders. No setup fee and no contract. No minimum fleet size, either — start with one vehicle or a hundred.
FleetMark helps you meet DVSA daily-check record-keeping requirements; legal compliance remains the operator's responsibility. Checklists follow the DVSA “Guide to maintaining roadworthiness” categories, every check is timestamped and locked on submission, and records are kept as an audit trail you can produce for an examiner. It's built to support FORS and Earned Recognition record-keeping.
No. Drivers scan the QR code in the cab or open a link — the check runs in any phone browser and works offline, syncing when they're back in signal. Nothing to download, no logins to reset. Every check is still signed by a named driver against the vehicle, timestamped and locked — you always know who did it and when.
Easily. Import your vehicle list and most fleets are running the same day. There's no contract holding you here — so there's no risk in trying us alongside your current tool first.
It's locked immediately — it can't be edited or backdated — and stored as a branded PDF against that vehicle and driver. Any defect raises an instant alert and is tracked through to repair.
Prove your fleet's compliant — by tomorrow morning.
Set up in a day. Add your vehicles, print your QR codes, and watch the first checks come in.
